myweb.bnin.net Instant Publisher offers an RSS feed for each section of content on your Publisher-created web page so that others can easily monitor them. It's most likely that you will activate RSS for your Notes or Photos, or possibly your Links if you want to podcast.
Step 1:
To turn on RSS, open the Web Settings for a content section and check the Publish RSS Feed checkbox and click Update.
Step 2:
An RSS button will appear on your web page at the end of that section. Clicking on the RSS button will load a new page.
Step 3:
Just copy the URL (in this example - http://bubbler.net/feeds/70114/notes.xml) and add it to your RSS reader. Now whenever you publish new content to that section of your page, anyone who subscribes to your RSS feed for this section of your web page will be notified.
